This method is designed to uncover taboo topics in a relaxed atmosphere.
# The goal
The aim is to define specific measures to put an end to obstructive processes, activities and behaviors.
# How to do it?
- Create a list: Which points guarantee that you will definitely achieve the worst result with regard to the most relevant goal?
- Go through the list together point by point and create a list of all the counterproductive activities, processes and plans you are currently doing.
- Then think about how you can stop the counterproductive processes for each item on the second list.
# When do you need it?
This method is suitable when a high degree of innovation is desired. For this purpose, taboo topics are cleared up through counter-intuitive approaches to finding solutions. In addition, eliminating obstacles together builds trust.
